Transportation to and from the Welcome Party is available from the Eseeola Lodge, The Pineola, and the Grandfather Golf & Country Club Administration Building, with pick-up beginning at 8:00 p.m.

Wedding Ceremony

Wee Kirk Presbyterian Church - 128 Beech Street, Linville NC 28646

5:00 p.m.

Guests can park at The Eseeola Lodge and then shuttle or walk to the Ceremony. Also, please note that Wee Kirk has limited seating which will be available on a first-come, first-served basis. The church windows and doors will be open so that additional guests can enjoy the ceremony while gathering on the lawn. Following the service, all guests are asked to join Julia and Sam in a processional from the church to the Eseeola Lodge.

Reception

6:00 - 11:00 p.m.

Attire: Semi-Formal

Transportation will be provided to and from the wedding ceremony and reception from The Pineola and Grandfather Golf & Country Club.

Farewell Brunch

Friday:

Shuttle pick up for GGCC, Pineola Inn, and the Eseeola Lodge will begin at 8:00pm. The shuttles will makes trips to and from the camp until the last trip at 11:00pm.

Saturday:

Shuttles will depart GGCC and Pineola Inn promptly at 4:00pm. Following the ceremony, buses will shuttle back and forth from The Eseeola Lodge to GGCC and the Pineola Inn, until the last shuttle departs at 11:00pm.
